PONDERFUL - WP4 - Nature-based solutions and management

WP4 develops guidance for planning and management of ponds and pondscapes as Nature-based Solutions (NbS) for climate change adaptation and mitigation, delivery of ecosystem services and functions, and biodiversity conservation. It provides solutions for protecting freshwater biodiversity and thus allow for mitigating and adapting to climate change and protecting and enhancing ecosystem services associated with water.
